Industrial, Commercial & Residential Grade Voltage Stabilizers From 1KWA to 6000KWA
Indoor & Outdoor IP56 Versions
A.C. Voltage Stabilizer are designed to ensure a stabilized A.C. supply to essential loads from fluctuating incoming mains.
Our Voltage Stabilizers are available in a vast selection of models, either Single-Phase or Three-Phase, with power ratings ranging from 3 KVA to 4000 KVA.
Below you will find the description and technical specifications of the different models and series:
AST-M series: Single-Phase models, from 3 to 100 KVA;
AST-T series: Three-Phase models, from 12 to 300 KVA;
AST-TH series: Three-Phase models, from 400 to 4000 KVA
The AST-M series is a Servo Controlled Stabilizer that has a number of features, including the following:
Extremely high efficiency (mostly 98% or better);
Virtually zero wave form distortion (THDi/THDu);
Very low internal impedance;
Output voltage stability;
Negligible temperature drift;
Immune to frequency variation from 50 to 60 Hz;
Faster output voltage correction;
Elimination of motor switching spikes.
Data processing equipment;
Transmissions, telecommunications and radar station;
Test control and measuring system;
Photocopying and tool machines;
Safety, alarm and lighting plants;
Any electronic or electric equipment sensitive to variable voltage networks;
Stabilization of boat power supply voltage.
Input Voltage: 120V (or 208V, 240V or other on request);
Input regulation: ±15% or ±20% (or other on request);
Frequency: 50÷60 Hz;
Output Voltage: 120V ±1% (or 208V ±1% or 240V ±1%);
Regulation time: 40V/sec;
Full load efficiency: 97-98%;
Ambient temperature working range: (-20 to 50)°C.
The stabilizer is set in a heavy steel case (Color RAL7015 or RAL7035) with side panel and safety lock in the front door supplied for high power models. Safety devices and parameter reading on request.
For nautical sector (stabilization of boat power supply voltages) the stabilizer is set in a IP54 glass fiber (Color RAL9001).
The AST-T series and the TH series are Servo Controlled Stabilizers that have a number of features, including the following:
Extremely high efficiency (mostly 98% or better);
Virtually zero wave form distortion (THDi/THDu);
Very low internal impedance;
Negligible phase shift;
Unaffected by low system and/or load power factor;
Output voltage stability;
Negligible temperature drift;
Immune to frequency variation from 50 to 60 Hz;
Faster output voltage correction;
Elimination of motor switching spikes;
Stabilization of each phase autonomously in the presence of largely unbalanced loads.
Data processing equipment;
